Healthy Watermelon Treat

Ingredients


Watermelon Pieces - 5 big chunks
Lemon - Half a lemon
Honey - As needed for sweetness

Directions

1. Blend the watermelon pieces, lemon juice and honey.

2. Pour in a rectangular baking bowl. Leave it overnight in the freezer to solidify.

3. Once set, scrape the water melon with a fork.

4. Serve in an Ice cream bowl and enjoy!!
